  • We prioritize your comfort and convenience, offering flexible booking options for both nightly and weekly stays.

  • Please note that we specialize in comfortable guest rooms and do not offer efficiency-style rooms, self-serve laundry facilities, or kitchenettes. We cater to short-term stays and do not offer long-term residency.

 

Weekly Stay Benefits

  • Enjoy cost-effective rates when booking a 6-night weekly stay.

  • Our fixed weekly rates offer a transparent and predictable budget.

  • Weekly rates may fluctuate depending on seasonal demand. Rates may be higher during peak seasons.

  • We accommodate both extended stays and short-term rentals, with a maximum stay of 24 nights.

  • Our weekly rates offer a cost-effective option for longer stays.

  • If your stay is shortened, the remaining nights will be charged at the standard nightly rate.

  • Alternatively, a credit towards a future stay may be offered (subject to availability and management approval).

  • ​Extensions of stay are subject to availability and will be offered at the rates applicable at the time of the extension request. To maintain your current rate, a 24-hour advance notice is required for stay extensions. Otherwise, prevailing rates will apply.
